Very good hotel with cosy rooms. Didn't enjoy the breakfast experience sitting at the bar beside reception - couldn't get a fork to eat my breakfast. Breakfast is decent though. Would probably eat breakfast next time directly across from the hotel. Great location for the PJ Concert Arena, we walked there and back in snow and ice no problem. Enjoyed my stay at the hotel, its very good.

Good hotel overall

Liked: Rooms are clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Check in, checked in late due to the weather conditions. Rome key didn’t work, had to attend reception three times before they offered me another room. By this time the kitchen had closed. Staff made no attempt to extend this service for 5mins due to this inconvenience.
