Very good hotel with cosy rooms. Didn't enjoy the breakfast experience sitting at the bar beside reception - couldn't get a fork to eat my breakfast. Breakfast is decent though. Would probably eat breakfast next time directly across from the hotel. Great location for the PJ Concert Arena, we walked there and back in snow and ice no problem. Enjoyed my stay at the hotel, its very good.

Perfect for the weekend and...

Liked: The communal area was amazing and very stylish and clean.
Disliked: Not enough staff on at breakfast. The staff there were brilliant and were working very hard so it was not their fault but we often run out of plates and cutlery. People checking out at the same time meant that staff were often dealing with them. As I said though, I couldn’t fault the ones who were working.Sometimes hard to find a parking space so I would recommend going early to get one.

Disappointing

Disliked: We paid parking for the £5 a night. Then in the post we got a letter saying we owed money for parking on private property. If you are parking there just watch, you dont get a letter through the post as well as paying for parking.

Super clean rooms, quiet, and...

Liked: The room was spacious and exceptionally clean—probably one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in quite a few. I was on the 2nd floor and had no issues with the room temperature. Despite being near the airport, I couldn’t hear any airplanes or noise from other guests. They had board games such as connect 4 and scrabble down in the bar area which me and my friends had fun playing. They also had a water and ice machine that was free to use. I stayed here as there was an event at the P&J, it took less than 20 minutes to walk there which was great.
Disliked: I didn't realise there wasn't a fridge which was disapointing but fine other than that.

Disliked: Food was impossible to get on an evening. Best was c.90min wait on food. Ridiculous. Needs addressing as hotel must have lost so much ££ from food and bar with people going elsewhere.

Liked: Lovely clean rmodern rooms.
Disliked: The breakfast situation was terrible. We were unable to get a table as there quite simply wasn't enough. We actually ended up having to skip breakfast for this reason.
