Very good hotel with cosy rooms. Didn't enjoy the breakfast experience sitting at the bar beside reception - couldn't get a fork to eat my breakfast. Breakfast is decent though. Would probably eat breakfast next time directly across from the hotel. Great location for the PJ Concert Arena, we walked there and back in snow and ice no problem. Enjoyed my stay at the hotel, its very good.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Beds were very comfy and a nice room
Disliked: Staff were not as friendly as they could've been. Holding out a card machine without a word and then walking away without a word or even an acknowledgement is quite ignorant. I apologised to one of the staff doing breakfast when I stepped in his way and he looked through me and walked past. Not sure what kind of impression of the hotel they are trying to give but not good.

Disliked: Taking cash at the bar. Too many places have card only policies. A nightmare when on a budget and using cash helps.

Liked: The staff were great, very friendly and chatty, rooms are lovely and general atmosphere is good. First time iv had breakfast at a moxy, wasn’t sure what to expect but was pleasant surprised
Disliked: The pillows
