Liked: Great location
Disliked: You literally walk through your bathroom to get to your bed. That’s all there is in the tiniest hotel room I’ve ever been in. There is no room to even open a carry on.

Disliked: Nothing that we asked, we got, that was awful no parking, no view, it was my daughter’s birthday and I was very disappointed!

Nice bit about $100 overvalued...

Disliked: Rooms seemed more grand than in reality. For cost was surprised as this is in an area of Williamsburg that is still being gentrified

Fun, clean, but fairly expensive...

Liked: The complimentary coffee was very good. We liked the Stash closet for extra towels. The location was perfect - 3 blocks from our daughter's apartment and near lots of great shops and restaurants.
Disliked: The room was very small, and the layout was odd - especially the bathroom, shower, sink placement. We were surprised to find there was not much space for our clothing - a bunch of hooks and one small, somewhat invisible drawer.The front desk staff seemed a bit blasé, and between the loud background music, and the dim lighting in the lobby, it was hard to understand what they were saying. I also thought I had paid for a deluxe Manhattan view, but I guess not.One of the bedside lamps didn't work (it had been replaced by the time we returned from dinner), and the remote didn't work and the front desk person to whom I spoke on the phone didn't send someone up with another remote. After waiting 30 minutes, I went down and reported it again, at which point, one was quickly brought up to the room.

Liked: Very clean. It was great that you had a clothes stramer in the room!
Disliked: The coffee was not good. Limited selection of pastries.

We had a nice stay....

Liked: Did not have breakfast in the hotel but Jack (front desk) was the best part of the stay. He recommended many places to us and was very kind to older ladies. He is a professional and went out of his way to help us with directions, places to go, etc. You need more representatives like Jack.
Disliked: No coffee maker in the room. But, free coffee at the bar was nice.

Liked: Great little hotel in perfect, walkable neighborhood
Disliked: The rooms have very little soundproofing, making any noises in the hall or outside very loud. Several times I was woken up by people talking in the hallway or closing doors (no slow-close features so also loud)

Great base for Williamsburg visit.

Liked: Great location for exploring Williamsburg, which has great cocktail bars and low key restaurants, a nice contrast to Manhattan.The hotel decor is modern and stylish, and the lobby bar does great cocktails.
Disliked: Unfortunately the rooftop bar was closed for a party otherwise we would have loved to visit it.The rooms are quite small and the toilet and show cubicles open straight into the room which may not be comfortable for some people.
