Liked: It was the perfect location, great view, and loved the extra amenities that I didn't realize we had. Free drink and 35 dollar food/bar credit were definitely a nice surprise!

Liked: I love the architecture—it's modern and youthful. The hotel offers great value for money, which attracts a lot of young people as well.
Disliked: I was disappointed with the staff—they are young and seem unprepared to assist guests. As a Marriott member, I often have trouble with them finding my membership information. At other Marriott hotels, staff have always gone the extra mile to ensure I receive my points. Here at Moxy, I felt like I was inconveniencing them just by asking.

Liked: Beyond the location, I liked nothing. I often travel and this is by far the most absurd hotel I’ve visited.
Disliked: •Street-facing rooms are extremely noisy (ambulance sirens, loud music and partygoers from club across the street).•Poor sound insulation from other rooms.•Indifferent staff with slow response to issues (took 3 nights for room change).•Compensation offered was minimal (waiver of 3 nights’ destination fee).•Poor breakfast quality. It tasted like powdered eggs and many containers with almost full breakfast meals were similarly left around.•Unkept eating area with overflowing garbage and cluttered counters.•Impractical and poorly designed room. I hurt my feet trying to set up the heavy flat-pack table and chair—an absurd inconvenience after paying such a high room rate. The shower’s barn-style door also wouldn’t stay closed, constantly slid open.
