short trip but not longer

Liked: top location near earls court underground station - 3min walkbeautiful neighbourhood in Kensingtonclose to notting hill and city center by undergroundbreakfast was surprisingly good. fresh fruits, nutella, toast, croissants, tee selection etc.nice restaurants close bycomplementary water and tea on the room and in the lobby everyday
Disliked: staff was trying hard, but we asked for a towel and had to come down to pick it uponly 2 big and 1 small towel in a double room, had to ask everyday again for a second onebed was not good at allroom was super small but london prices

Liked: Location was excellent. Staff friendly & worked hard. Also provision of bottled water very welcome
Disliked: Our room was a bit snug but very clean and everything you need was there. Also we were hardly in our room as we were out all day & evening.

Liked: Amazing breakfast, Great staff, amenities like tea and coffee, biscuits while you wait for your room.
Disliked: No bedside lamp, the bed was kind of small for a couple, and we are staying in the low ground, without a window to the exterior (we missed the sunlight).
