Disliked: Old breakfast menus left from previous guests, no robes, and lack of soundproofing near the lifts.

Liked: Location is fantastic. Hotel & room were clean. View from room at harbour, our son loved it!
Disliked: The rooms require a makeover. Certain aspects are looking tired.

Great stay, will be back...

Liked: The location is great, the building is lovely, reception staff and area is great, little bit hard to find the car valet parking drop off area but staff quickly helped with that. Valet parking and checkin went seamlessly. Room was lovely, chocolate hour was very very nice. For the middle of the cbd the night was very quiet and peaceful. Strolled along to the viaduct for dinner.
Disliked: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about it

Liked: Chocolate hour on the Saturday.
Disliked: Likely more booking.com but incorrect room booked, confirmation on b.com was for ocean view, room wasn't ocean view. We were shifted to an ocean view room on the second night after further complaining. However, when we were shifted by staff, my laptop was left behind. When I enquired about it on the Sunday morning at checkout, I was assured by the receptionist that the cleaners would have done a sweep & that we couldn't access the room. I left my name & no. just in case (my suggestion). We drove half hour out west to go to a particular shop & were heading south from there when I received a phone call to say they had indeed found my laptop in our original room. We had to drive back to collect the laptop.
