Liked: The staff were all lovely, the room was really clean and comfortable with a lovely city view, and quiet. very convenient location
Disliked: Parking is one of the amenities listed on the hotel’s info, but it’s not clear that parking spaces are limited, not guaranteed. This should be clearer up front. I was fortunate that parking was available to me for my stay.

Relaxing with a touch of...

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely rooms and would recommend the junior suite. Great location. Chocolate happy hour was a nice surprise and a very well stocked breakfast.
Disliked: Maybe a little pricey and car parking was steep at $60 but it doesn’t put us off returning. We could hear the lift from our room but that was nothing we could change.

Beautiful hotel, perfect location

Liked: Location was perfect for work and also access to lots of food options. Room was beautiful, exceptionally clean. Pillows super comfy. Bathroom and shower in particular were great. In room dining service (the ice cream!!) was friendly and efficient.
Disliked: Wifi was not great (connection often not working or super slow and I had to switch to data)
