Poor hotel needs a lot...
Disliked: The way some of the staff spoke to me and my wife was terrible and we asked the receptionist to book us a table in the restaurant for that night come down to be told that we hadn’t booked a table and to be spoken to in away that was not acceptable by anyone let alone a young lad that I suppose I can fit you in the restaurant was empty. Then my wife’s meal come 5 minutes before mine and my wife’s side order was taken to the other table in the restaurant there was only two table taken in the whole restaurant . Then at breakfast to be told that I had to pay for my breakfast even though I had paid for it with the room after about 5 minutes it was sort . I have find the whole stay was not worth the money I paid for it and I would never recommend it to anyone

Nicely presented but should make...
Liked: The presentation of the hotel is good, the lobby and room was encouraging. The hotel room was nice, decently sized bed and space. Dining facilities were good.
Disliked: The power to the room instantly comes on / off with the wall mounted key slot, I didn't arrive until very late so to walk into a pitch black room whilst having to prop the door open to see how to get the power on wasn't ideal. Neither was the TV instantly kicking into life blaring out music risking disturbing other guests. It would have been nicer if there was a bit of a more considerate access to the room with light that comes on when you open the door so you could could shut it and see what you're doing. The bathroom, whilst nicely presented has a narrow and dark shower and the extractor fan wasn't able to keep the mirrors clear, the floor is quite slippy too. The fan didn't appear to have the ability to turn off so I had to listen to it all night. A good bathroom is hard to find in a hotel, they're always an afterthought. The room was very hot, even with the window open (which kept blowing shut), the mirror, tucked in the corner wasn't ideal for standing in front of, the bathroom mirrors were too steamed up to use.A bottle of water or something in the room would have also been nice, I'd driven up from London and gotten there at 2AM where everything was closed, it's the little things that make a big difference. For the price point it was a little disappointing.
