Liked: A lovely place. The only thing that let it down was some of the staff were a little unwelcoming and the breakfast wasn't great but the actual hotel was clean very cosy and in a lovely location

Liked: Parking was good and food when it arrived was good
Disliked: When we arrived there was a huge queue for check in, with only member of staff checking people in. We went into the bar to wait for queue to go down - however no staff at bar and no hot food available during the day. There was a lot of people disgruntled due to not being able to get drinks or food. When I booked, I booked online for two adults and 1 child. I got a twin room with two single beds. I was then told if I need a bed for my child it would be an additional £25 - my friend that also booked for a room for two adults and a child had the same thing happen. I asked to speak to the manager and was told to wait. I waited 45 minutes and they never turned up. In the end I was taken to my room and they did put the spare bed in, however they could not make the bed up. My friend got to her room and there was dirty underwear under the bed, a member of staff cam and collected them (just picked them up from the floor - with no gloves!) put them in a bag and then went and washed their hands in my friends bathroom! The whole experience was dreadful and would 100% not recommend.
