Dog problem

Liked: this hotel is my favorite when I stay in Bozeman.
Disliked: was extremely disappointed that the hot tub wasn't hot.when I asked the front desk I was told that the maintenance person quit an they didn't know how to fix the problem. Really?I love to swim and your pool and spa are great. second, I was put in a room where the person next to me had dogs, not a problem until 3 in the morning when the dogs were barking . if I wanted to spend the night in a kennel I would have slept at the pound. I mentioned this to the front desk nothing was done.I will be at your property again giving you another chance.
