Liked: I booked one of the rooms that has a sauna in it. This was a great experience. I hesitate to recommend it because I want it to be available for the next time I want to book it ha ha. In reality, the rooms and decor are dated, but the facilities are clean, nice, well taken care of and the staff is very responsive to phone calls.
Disliked: I mentioned the decor is dated; that’s really the only thing I didn’t like.

Disliked: It is too expensive regarding the room and especially to climbing to the loft, stears are very steap. There is very high possibility of an accident.

Liked: Friendly staff, clean, two bathrooms, kitchen. It was close to the gondolas. Washer and driver.
Disliked: I wish there were a ramp. One of the bathrooms did not drain but they fixed the next day.
