Liked: Winter rates are good. The staff is very wonderful. Omar is excellent. Super friendly, and on top of things. Great coffee shop across the street called The Coffee Cabin. The rooms were very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location is great. If you were traveling with kids, it has good play areas/green space nearby. Beautiful location, and good breakfast.
Disliked: They allow dogs, which is awesome, but people left their dogs in their room and the dogs were barking a lot. There should be a rule that you can’t leave your dogs in the room alone and unattended, and if they do, they should have an extra fee just like they would if they got caught smoking in the rooms. I brought a white noise machine, and that helped. Also, I’m a private person, and wasn’t too happy about them writing my name outside of the room I was staying in. I understand that’s a welcome sign, but as a woman traveling solo, I don’t want my name on display for everyone to see. However, the staff and rooms were comfortable and very clean and updated. I’d definitely stay here again.
