Liked: The room was very clean. The location was great. The view was Outstanding!!

Disliked: I thought the hotel was in Tulluride when in fact it is in a completely different resort which is coupled by two cable cars which if you have not used them can be a little testing in the dark.

Liked: Bear, the concierge was cheerful and helpful on the phone before we arrived. The view was lovely.
Disliked: The resort is "tired," particularly our expensive suite. A blind was broken, the furniture didn't match, one of the bedside lamps was almost impossible to turn on and off. The bathroom lighting was poor! The jetted tub not functional and one could hardly close the bathroom door it was so small. The front desk reps were rude to uninterested on the two interactions we had. I kept/keep getting numerous emails from the resort saying they'll give me a third night free if I book 2 nights. I had booked 3 nights already! When I emailed them about this they said they would unsubscribe me from them. I am still getting them! Coordination between bell service, car service and dispatch irregular.
