Disliked: Floor in the bathroom was dirty, bathtub was stained or dirty(I couldn’t tell if it was dirt or stain but black streaks all around inside of tub).

Rooms were adequate, but won't...

Disliked: The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable but unfortunately we won't be coming back to this location. At around 1:00 am the guests (perhaps the permanent tenants on the property, not sure who uses the rooms upstairs) started moving furniture? dance party? jumping off the bed? running in place? not sure what in the world was going on but it sounded like they were coming through the ceiling until about 4:00 am. Any attempts to go outside and yell at them to stop only intensified the horrible noise. There were no phone numbers posted in the room to contact the owners or management to get this resolved. We got up and packed our bags at 4:00 am and left the property.
