Liked: Setting and decoration beautiful
Disliked: Tv wasn’t working fully. and the thermal suite wasn’t valu for money. I’ve been to another hotel where thermal suite is complimentary as a guest so to pay €35 pp and it wast amazing was a let down

Bad

Liked: Alarm went off at 8 am this morning and scared the life out of mine 3 year old son. Ruined his whole day and we were going to rathwood terrible experience

Overpriced

Liked: The location was excellent for the Rathwood Santa Train.
Disliked: It cost 380 for 1 night with 2 adults and an infant. This seems way overpriced for what you get, no dinner included, and a breakfast that is subpar. There were no lattes at breakfast and a buffet that could do with better quality food.

Liked: Nice hotel, Lounge staff were lovely
Disliked: Food was not worth the money, and had a male staff member unlock our hotel room and begin to walk into the room after I had a bath and I was only in a towel. My partner had to stop him from coming in. Apparently there was a leak from the bath...no excuse to unlock our locked hotel room door. Gave us no time to respond after knocking before the key card was put into the door. Left me feeling very uncomfortable as I was in a vulnerable state. For over €500 for 2 nights...definitely not worth it.

Mount Wolseley Hotel feels overpriced...

Disliked: I recently stayed at Mount Wolseley Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort, and I must say, it felt quite overvalued for what it offers. The food was average at best, and for the price paid, I expected a much better experience. The breakfast, in particular, was disappointing—cold and less than average, definitely not worth the cost. The room itself was another letdown. The air conditioning units outside were so loud that it was impossible to open the window, which was frustrating. To make matters worse, the heating in the room was turned off by default, leaving guests to figure out how to turn it on themselves. Overall, this stay didn’t meet my expectations, and I would choose another hotel next time. For the premium pricing, there are much better options available.
