Disliked: Rooms were cold would nit heat up no matter how often wall switch was turned up. And at 301 a room when you order room service or eat breakfast strange to be asked to pay their and then it's a high end hotel charge back should be no issue especially as room was paid up front

Disliked: Took too long to be served in bar as staff chatted amongst themselves at te bar

Liked: The food in bar was very nice and breakfast was good except for long wait to get eggs from kitchen on the morning we where there
Disliked: Found that nearly all tables in the bar area were reserved when we arrived at 4pm, eventually one of the staff got us a table, but despite all the reserved tables showing many were idle all evening for hours at a time
