Disliked: We were not informed that we had to request for our room to be serviced. We were disappointed when it didnt get cleaned.

Liked: We came to watch the skijor event, and this was the perfect place to stay! Parking was super convenient, even with a big vehicle, which is always a struggle. The view from our room - stunning. Okay, real talk: I travel A LOT, and I’m usually the person who brings their own sheets everywhere. I didn’t here! Everything was so clean and comfortable that I didn’t feel the need to at all.The staff was amazing. Jodee was super sweet and answered all my questions, which I really appreciated. Katie and Beatrice helped me online before we even got there and made the whole process easy!The location was perfect, and the vibe is nice and modern. This will be my go to when coming to Banff. P.s room 301 is a corner room with 2 windows ;)

A great stay in Banff

Liked: Great location, right in the centre and close to everything you need in Banff. Room was spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: Although the location is great, it did mean noise from the street made it to our room, which was annoying in the middle of the night.No gym on site.
