Liked: Location was perfect! Everything was in walking distance.
Disliked: Our room was a bit tight. Not a lot of space to put our luggage away. Our friends had a room just down the hall and it was much bigger.

Disliked: We drove 4 hours from Edmonton to Banff; we arrived at the hotel at 3:20 p.m.; we were asked to wait until 4 p.m. as this is their standard check-in time. We came back 5 minutes before 4 p.m. to check in, but we were told our room isn't ready yet and would probably take 10 more minutes, so I said okay. My daughter started crying in the hotel lobby as she needed her nap and probably tired because of how long it took for us to get there. Front office staff seem to just brush off the fact that they're already late for checking us in. Long story short, we got into our room at 4:30pm. Other than that, it was okay.

Disliked: Small coffee machine. But on a positive, went out to explore.
