Liked: Absolutely lovely room- very clean and comfortable. Free car park, lovely breakfast, and superb customer service. I've stayed all over the world and can't recommend Mount Robinson Inn enough.
Disliked: Nothing to comment on.

Nice comfortable stay within walking distance of downtown Jasper

Liked: This property is located just as you come into Jasper if youre coming from the Icefields Parkway and is located close enough to walk to most restaurants and shops in downtown Jasper but has the perk of free parking. The front desk staff are very kind, the free breakfast has these awesome tiny pancake bites, and the rooms are comfortable with enough space to work with. They also allow you to borrow bear spray during your stay for when you head out onto the trails.
Disliked: No issues

Disappointing

Liked: Location was good. Room was clean, however......
Disliked: .....Room 125 was situated next to guest laundry and vending and ice machines. Washing machines were in operation until after midnight both nights we stayed and the noise of the machines filling and emptying with water literally the other side of the bed headboard wall was very very loud. I cannot believe I am the first guest to bring this problem to the attention of the hotel (which could be simply rectified by staff switching the washing machines off at 10 pm.).

Liked: Good value with breakfast included in price. Room and bathroom were nice with some renovations that gave it a good refresh.
Disliked: Queen bed felt smaller than a regular queen.
