Liked: The location was very good. It was quite near to exclusive restaurants and the city center. The room was clean, but to be honest it was smallest one The stuff at the reception was kind, but they can be more friendly.
Disliked: There was no one to help to carry for our luggages and there was no stair ramp either.

Liked: It was a bit of inconvience for the parking that you have to go inside the hotel to take & return the key to open the garage door . If you are alone its a bit of a hassel. But all is good

Liked: The staff on reception and at the bar were very polite, friendly anf very helpful. They made us feel very welcome.

Great Hotel, Great Location

Liked: On arrival, the reception staff were welcoming and explained everything clearly. Our rooms were lovely, clean and well maintained. After long days out and about we sat in the lounge area and played games - it felt warm and welcoming. Check out was easy, rooms cards left at reception.
Disliked: Cloudy glass doors on the toilet and shower, didn't feel very private when sharing the room. I understand that a normal wooden door wouldn't have matched the aesthetic of the room. This is my only criticism but it didn't stop my enjoyment of the room
