Liked: Kyle went above and beyond to be helpful facilitating early check in and even found me a quiet, private space for a zoom interview in the event my room wouldn’t be ready early. He also helped storemy bags. Comfortable stay overall! Thank you Kyle

Liked: It was very small no room to move around. They never gave me my money back for the hold.

Liked: It was very close to center city and the room had a decent city view. We stayed in a bunk bed room and it would’ve been nice if you could completely sit up on the bottom bunk. The ladder was also a bit dangerous.

Liked: Different approach than all the other chain brands; encourages socializing by guests. Did not have to p[ay a lot for a huge room that was large only because it was filled with unused furniture and a 1/4 acre sized bed
Disliked: Morning coffee is absent and then the coffee shop charges a lot for a morning cup once it opens up. Guym is small and unfreindly in apearance.
