Liked: The staff was friendly. The room/hotel were very clean. I liked the security of using card to access elevator.
Disliked: The room is a little small, but it worked for our trip.

No bathroom in room

Liked: We knew that the room would be compact with a bunkbed, but didn’t realize that there was no bathroom just a toilet and shower stall. This doesn’t really work for a father and teenager daughter.

Stay was very good, except...

Liked: Location was very good, right on Time Square.
Disliked: The room size was totally inconvenient. For two of us, the bed size was good. But there was no space for keeping our luggage. If we open the briefcase, we have to literally jump over them to reach the bathroom or toilet. This is the only negative, but significant point about this Hotel

Liked: I enjoyed my stay at the motto. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel aesthetic is nice, you get 2 bottles of water and wafers included with the room along with a $10 food & drinks voucher per day. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay.
