I wasn’t expecting to have...

Liked: THIS PLACE IS 10000/10 VERY RECOMMENDED
Disliked: This Hotel is beautiful and I gasped when I entered my room, had the best nights of my life, there is plenty of walkable locations you can visit staying here, food, shopping, tourist attractions everything basically around central Manhattan. For Southern Manhattan attractions take the sub or uber. Staff is friendly!

Front desk was nice and...

Liked: The location of the hotel is great!!
Disliked: Having to call staff to refill shower supplies. Body wash and shampoo was empty. Cleaning staff didn’t pay attention to details. Also sheets weren’t changed they just made the bed.
