Modern hotel with beautiful views,...
Liked: The view from our room was fantastic even although we didn’t get a higher floor which I requested. I think the hotel doesn’t really care of these requests. When I wrote them message directly from booking, I only got some automatic response with no greeting or anything more personal.
Disliked: Lady who checked us in didn’t seem to enjoy her job. When I asked for 2 slippers to be delivered to our room, I just got one with response that they don’t have more slippers available. How ridiculous. In a hotel with 43 floors you have only one slippers left? 🙂😀Room service was tragedy. It came packed like a takeaway for almost 60$. 😀 I don’t know if this is an American standard, that hotels bring the room service in plastic boxes and paper bag but this is not how it should look like unless I order take away.
