Liked: The staff was great.
Disliked: Shower head was broken Room smelled like wet dogBed was not comfortableThe room was near the elevator and every time the elevator went up and down it whistled.Room was not ready until an hour after check in time.We had to wait for another elevator while the service staff took the elevator up with linens.

Liked: Staff was super friendly and accommodated our early check-in and late check-out. Room and bathroom were very clean; comfortable bed and pillows.

Great location - great staff...

Liked: One expected better from a Hilton Property. It’s dated - the service is ok but like a budget hotel. It’s a cut above the Hamden Inn across the road ( where you I’ve also stayed ) but I won’t be back. Staff are great - Hilton lift your game. Very ordinary.

Thoroughly recommend

Liked: Room and view was great and the bed was very comfy. Although the room is small it's designed very well and you don't feel like you lack space. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Although we didn't eat at the restaurant it's clearly very popular locally and the bar is great. Morning coffees and pastries were delicious too. Location is perfect and as a result think the hotel is very well priced.
Disliked: Not much really.
