Liked: We had a problem with the door locking and the front desk agent came immediately to solve the problem. He seemed very nice and proactive. We also needed plastic cutlery and the front desk agent provided us with that which we appreciated.
Disliked: The cleanliness of the room could have been better. The couch had a bunch of hair on it and the bedding had stains.

I would stay there again...

Liked: I was afraid that because the cost was so low, it would be a dive. Not the case at all. We had to be at St. Joesph's Hospital for 8 a.m. So we more or less just needed a bed and bathroom.... Our room had a Full Size Kitchen stove, microwave and fridge ! Our bathroom was as big as at home. and to top that all of , we were just 11 minutes from the hospital ! Win Win for us .
Disliked: There could have been an extra blanket in the closet for added comfort. That is all I can think of .

Disliked: Water was not hot enough in the morning and sleeping bed was not comfortable. Blanket was thin and I felt cold during night.
