Liked: This place may have been renovated and/or sold recently. That would explain why there are so many differences between what it says on Booking.com and what you see when you get here. The address on the website is inaccurate, for a start. I had to call the host for help, and that was easy because she had spammed me many times and in many ways to nag me about arriving and paying before reception closed at 8. The number was in my missed calls file many timed. We got there at 7. What can I say that I liked? I like knowing for sure that I need not come all the way to Rimouski again.
Disliked: I was expecting a room with two double or Queen beds and a sofabed or cot. I was expecting a kitchenette. I was expecting pet friendly based on my search default parameters on Booking.com, even when I don’t travel with a pet. They really need to update their information with the site to reflect the present circumstances (and the current address). The bathroom appears to have been refreshed recently and it has some nice finishes. But it looks like a DIY job and it’s not to code. The vent fan doesn’t actually vent and the new finishes are already starting to decay and peel from excessive moisture. But like I said, I am not planning to come to Rimouski again, so it’s all good.
