We stay whenever we visit either the Palace Theatre or the Opera House. Also close to Arndale Centre for Shopping and places to eat.

Liked: The ambiance and staff; our bedroom was so comfortable and very quiet.
Disliked: Couldn't find anything to fault.

Disliked: How forceful one of your staff member was for getting a 5 star rating mentioning it multiple times and being quite direct in her approach her name being Ginevra. Then when we asked for them to look after our bags and to put them storage she began to speak to us like we were stupid and didn’t know what we was on about. Very disappointing from an otherwise nice stay at the hotel.

Liked: It’s a walkable distance to most places in Manchester City centre, didn’t have to get any public travel. Very comfy bed
Disliked: Breakfast wasn’t included in the price, for £85 for one night I think it should have been. I paid extra for a window room and all that was outside was a carpark, if I would have known that I wouldn’t have paid extra for one. And there was a towel with a dirty plaster on and a towel with a weird stain on it.

Liked: The location of the property was great.
Disliked: The facilities in the room looked cheap and the tea cups were cardboard, they didn’t renew the cups when the room was cleaned. Also no bin in the room only the bathroom so no where to put used teabags unless carrying them over the carpet to the bathroom.
