Liked: Central location and friendly staff
Disliked: No bin in the room (only one in bathroom)Plastic cups for hot drinks claims for sustainability however feel ceramic cups would have been better and felt cleaner No water provided in the room. A basic bottle of water would have been nice. However I did find out if I joined their loyalty scheme I could have had one. This would have been nice if mentioned at check in Rooms fairly small.

Great location. Comfy bed.

Liked: Bed was super comfortable, so I had a great nights sleep. The bathroom door did not close fully. Another bin is needed in the bedroom, not just the bathroom.A room on the first floor needs some kind of net curtains as people on the bus outside could see straight into the room.The pump on the shower gel was broken. Great location opposite the train station and access to parking.Breakfast offered is only continental. Not great wardrobe or hanging space. No mirror above the table.

Liked: Location was excellent!!!! Staff were amazing!! Room basic but the bed was super comfy! And the pillows were gorgeous!! Will def be back!!
