Good

Disliked: It was a business trip. I forgot to ask for the invoice at the reception desk. And them later 3 days after my stay there was no responce to mail requests for the invoice. The phone was not replied. I have sent email with invoice requests 5 times and there was no reaction.

Liked: Gin bar, breakfast, room, location, friendly staff.
Disliked: Rooms were quite warm-prefer them a little cooler.

Nice stay in Magdeburg

Liked: Centrally located. Good breakfast. Clean and comfortable room. Will stay here again when coming to Magdeburg
Disliked: Double room is a bit small

Nice hotel

Liked: Great location, nice room, kind staff. The hotel is located in the middle of the old town, close to the green citadel. Fantastic. The room was very comfy.
Disliked: Breakfast: we waited for 20 (!) minutes in a cue to be seated. The bar and lounge are not suitable for breakfast at all. The fourniture is not comfy for having breakfast, it is a lounge place to hang out in the evening.
