Great location.

Liked: Great location close to Tower bridge and tube station. Room was bigger than we expected for London. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that but we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again. The only slight complaint would be the pillows were far too soft for my liking and there was only one each, but this is personal preference.

Great hotel, clean and comfortable...

Liked: There was a party going on in the room next to us, so much noise it kept me awake for a long while. My husband had to go down to reception to complain. The guy came up to sort it out, but it didn’t work, so didn’t get a lot of sleep that night! My husband was told “ this is London, that’s what happens “ not really helpful when you are tired and trying to get a good nights sleep

Perfect for business travel

Liked: Great hotel, have stayed before for work trips and will be back. Staff are helpful and friendly, it’s clean and quiet and I love the breakfast. Rooms are quite small but have everything you need.

Liked: The location was perfect, really close to a metro-station and safe neighborhood.
Disliked: The light from the hallway shining underneath the door during the whole night.
