We will be back next...

Liked: The bar area was very comfortable place to relax while waiting to attend the event our company had travelled to attend.
Disliked: There was no delay between remove the key cards and the lights switching off, nothing major but that's the only thing I could think off!

A clean, comfortable stay with...

Liked: Staff was very friendly, the tube was a short walk away, the bus stop was right outside the door, the breakfast buffet looked extensive although we didn't partake, the hairdryer was amazingly powerful, the lounge/lobby/bar area was very comfortable.
Disliked: We were headed to a lengthy cruise so we had 4 bags plus carry on. There wasn't much room for the luggage, but we made do for 2 short nights.

Comfortable stay in a great...

Liked: The bed was very comfy and a great size. Great location near to Tower Bridge and Tower Hill Station. Large shower with good water pressure. The room had tea and coffee facilities. We were able to leave our luggage after check out so that we could go sightseeing.

Disliked: Poor check-in - receptionist booked me direct not allowed to use booking.com app. Only continental breakfast choice so didnt bother No light in bathroom - small room, walls and doors tired

Great location, lovely hotel

Liked: Great location, modern interior, the room was bigger than most of the tiny rooms in London that I have been to before. Everything was clean, well maintained and modern. We didn’t have any breakfast included but it looked delicious!
Disliked: Hard pillows. Sadly they didn’t have any other available.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The double room I stayed in was very small considering how much I paid for my stay. The room was also opposite an office building so I couldn’t open the curtains as people could see directly into the room
