Comfortable, safe and secure.

Liked: Look just like the pictures. Bed was comfortable. The Bar and the bar manager, Thomas Feld, were incredible. The best service I received in Cologne.
Disliked: No phones in the room to call reception and not iron in the room. Only central ironing at the ironing room on the 7th floor was available.

Fun and clean

Liked: When we were tired but didn’t want to spend time just in the room, the lounge was a great place to hang out. Their bartenders were very knowledgeable, especially Thomas, and could make you any drink you can possibly think of. Breakfast and our rooms were very nice as well.
Disliked: We wish there could’ve been a larger, more diverse selection at breakfast for how much we paid for it daily. What was provided was good and we never had any problems but other than hardboiled eggs there wasn’t much warm breakfast.

Liked: Stylish hotel providing very clean and comfortable rooms. We stayed here two nights and were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and quietness of the hotel considering how busy it was (a few days before Christmas on a weekend).Well equipped cosy room, smallish but fine for a couple, good Wifi and a well-stocked bar downstairs with friendly staff.A short walk into town (15mins to the Cathedral) and plenty of food options nearby.
