Great hotel, right in the...

Liked: Excellent location on the edge of the city centre. We were very close for the Christmas markets which was the reason for our trip. The room was nice and we enjoyed the busy bar for a few drinks after the markets.
Disliked: The location is a bit tricky to drive to, but the parking is right underneath which is perfect. Make sure if you are driving from outside Germany your car has the green sticker to drive in the CBD (of most cities in Germany)

Liked: Excellent location, easy walking distance to city centre, Altstadt and Heumarkt for the winter markets and beer houses. Good transport links for the U-Bahn & around a 10 minute walk to the cathedral and the main train station. Clean and well-presented, with a classy bar area and friendly staff.
Disliked: Rooms are small and mattresses are rather hard.
