Disliked: Impersonall. Staff were polite but not particularly friendly, interactions minimal.No fridge or kettle in room

Liked: Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice and clean. Very good breakfast. Very expensive for what was offered. Room a little too warm. Could have done with hot drink making facilities in the room.

Good hotel for a short...

Liked: Simple but good breakfast. Limited number of tables, can get crowded.
Disliked: Replace carpet in room by wood.

Liked: The hotel’s location was decent, about a 10-minute walk to the city center, which wasn’t bad. That was the only positive aspect.
Disliked: The hotel’s location was really good and close to the city center. However, the room was smaller than it appeared in the pictures. Additionally, there was no minibar or kettle with tea offerings, which I found to be a significant drawback. Overall, I wasn’t very impressed. For my next visit to Cologne, I will choose a different hotel.
