Liked: The service and room were as good as always, and sending a special thank you to the team at the breakfast station, who were incredibly welcoming and warm, and made a real difference to the stay.

Ok for a marathon stay

Liked: I arrived to participate in the Frankfurt marathon. The hotel’s location is a perfect fit for it. The staff is welcoming and efficient.
Disliked: Very basic room. Not even a simple electric kettle for coffee/tea. The room was also pretty hot with no way to control the temperature.

Superb

Liked: Great location, close to messe and shopping center
Disliked: The bed was comfy, though the pillows were too high.Breakfast was OK, nothing too luxury.
