A good hotel within walking...

Liked: Location: very good public transport connections and close to the city centre, restaurants, etc. Modern building.
Disliked: The breakfast lounge has an uncomfortable seating arrangement, with most of the tables and chairs being quite low. It can also get very crowded occasionally I.e., end of year 2024

satisfying

Liked: nice room, all clean, very nice + cosy bar/lobby
Disliked: check-in was a bit cumbersome (we had two separate consecutive reservations - 1 night + 2 more nights - and the young lady did not know how to handle this).letting people enter the hotel's own car park although it is full, is annoying, it would also be appreciated if one could reserve a parking spacethe bar was a bit overcrowded (and there was not enough personnel), I should recommend to reserve the bar to hotel guests only at times when the hotel is fully booked (Motel One in Aachen does this)
