Liked: Everyone was pleasant and helpful and the hotel was clean.
Disliked: Maybe a few more details in the toiletries like separate soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Liked: Location is great, around the corner from the river and not too far from the centre, also on the main bus routes. On the negative side there aren't many room facilities - no tea, coffee, kettle or fridge in the room. The doors are very stiff and strong, you need to be fit to open the room doors and as soon as you take your key card out of the holder, the lights go off, so you need to be quick. There is a clothes rack and shelving but no wardrobes.

Disliked: No tea or coffee making facilities in the room! This might seem a little thing but I’ve not really ever come across this and very much enjoy a morning coffee. They had reusable coffee cups in the room but no coffee or kettle…
