Good Hotel

Liked: Motel One never disappoints. As always good quality for what you pay. Location is good but there are better alternatives if you want to stay in the center of West Berlin.

Liked: Great location and right near the train station so was easier to travel in and around Berlin! As a solo traveller I felt safe and would stay at another motel one again.
Disliked: My room on the 2nd was really hot and the aircon was only blowing warm air

All together a pleasant stay,...

Liked: Hotel is in an excellent position, the staff are great always helpful & polite. Its clean & comfortable.The whole experience was very good.A pity there was no FRIDGE or KETTLE in the room this was a big drawback for me.
Disliked: I did like it What i didn't like was no fridge or kettle

Sadly, very disappointing!

Liked: The bar decor was nice.
Disliked: Where to begin? This place is not child friendly at all. Even though Booking.com says they provide cots, they don't. The room size is tiny, the put me and my twins in the smallest room they had, even though disabled larger rooms were available i found out, by a colleague who was put in that room after my arrival. The receptionist were rude, speaking about us in German. Apparently the bar boasts a wide selection of cocktails, the bar man in the afternoon brought me the worst caiprinha I've ever had, then had the audacity to tell me this is how they make them in Berlin when i comlained which i knew was a lie.. This was later confirmed when several other restaurants and bars made it correctly. He couldn't even make an old fashion properly. There's no kettle in the room i had to go and buy one. For the price they charge i actually expected alot more. Oh and 3 colleagues walked into the hotel, took a look at their room and moved immediately, one to the bristol hotel and the others to the Hoxton
