Adequate

Liked: Quiet and convenient location. Spacious.
Disliked: The place was built in 1905 and turned into a motel in 1970. It looks as though the carpets (and much else) have not been changed since then.

Reasonably prices, close to city,...

Liked: Rooms are large and comfortable . Parking was great. City is only about 20 min away walking. Walking down ok but walking up the hill was hard. Uber service is available for short ride. It is best to leave the car at the motel and walk around to all restaurants, woolworths, tourist areas and the wharf.
Disliked: The cleaning service is below par. The room was never vacuumed daily, beds not made. The only service was replacing the coffee and tea facilities. Showering is dangerous. Step of the bath tub aafter shower is extremely dangerous. We had to be very causious to avoid slippage.

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: I had booked for 2 night with the understanding that there was going to be good internet connection as this was an important factor for me. The Internet didn’t work at all throughout my stay. When I reported it to the staff they said they couldn’t do anything about it.
