Disliked: I booked pet friendly hotel paid on booking com when I arrived they wanted $100 for deposit for pet I have disability my Shadow

Disappointing

Disliked: The mattress was stained, the a/c was dirty. The hot water ran hot and cold. It was under renovations and very noisy.The owner was rude. He came to our room at asked for the 3rd bed for another room and came in and took it. We paid a deposit of $50 for the key because they have so many go missing. We had this refunded back. Overall it was terrible room but in a good location

The accommodation was basic but...

Liked: On a tram route and was inexpensive and available on a very busy weekend. Staff were friendly and helpful
Disliked: Whole place badly needs an update! The air con in room was not functioning. There were no hooks or towel rail in bathroom. We were not supplied with hand towels, washers and there was no toilet paper in the room. The room was not ready when we arrived.

We won’t ever stay again

Liked: Nothing, we will never stay again, it was falling apart around us , and it stunk
Disliked: Everything. It was grubby, it smelt, the bathroom door was broken, it would stay shut, The door was basically falling apart

Very poor

Liked: The location was good. Close to transport and facilities. Easy to find.
Disliked: When I stay somewhere, the very least I expect is a minimum standard of hygiene and cleanliness. The aircon was broken, the TV didn't work, the stairs were crooked and loose, the door locks were shoddy, but I can look past those. What is absolutely unacceptable was the offensive smell of cat urine. The room had carpet saturated with it. Further the bathroom had used towels and rubbish from the previous occupants. Disgusting and inexcusable.

Liked: Location is good, parking for free
Disliked: Noisy at night, no remote control to tv, no air con, room is tiny.
