Disliked: This facility is a fraud. They stolen my money by accepting my booking after check-in time. When I tried to cancel the lady on the phone, she inappropriately switched the conversation from French to English. They blocked my cancelation action. When I submitted my refund request to booking, nothing has been done to give me my money back after years of adhesion to booking this institution. This will be the reason that I will stop using this app. This kind of facility with multiple complaints from previous clients should never be on the booking list. It's a shame!
