This was the worst experience...

Liked: This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. The door lock in the room was broken, so I couldn’t even stay there. The entrances, parking lot, and pathways were completely covered in ice, and no effort was made to clear or make them safe. This was both dangerous and absolutely unacceptable. I’ve requested a refund and am still waiting for a response, but so far, there’s been no action or accountability from the hotel. I absolutely do not recommend this place!

Disliked: For some reason I got charged 2 days later and extra $50 Still trying to get it back

A quiet, VERY comfortable spot...

Liked: The staff member who greeted us took us to our room personally and brought us warm robes. She was gracious and welcoming. The room was a delightful surprise -- a honeymoon suite - very romantic!

What a way to end...

Liked: The place looked like it was closed. despite the "Open" sign. There were no other cars in the lot, the office door was locked and it took 15 minutes, several phone calls and bell rings to get anyone to come to the office. There was much confusion about our reservation. We asked to see the room before checking in. The heat was off and the room only partially made up. After a long day this was just too much and we decided we could not stay here. Many thanks to Booking.com for resolving the issue promptly.
