JUST DO NOT STAY THERE!

Disliked: This is the most terrible place I have experienced in years. This motel is by a very busy road and thus very noisy. The room is basic with hasardous electricity. No room for luggage. And the best of all: we were told after paying that there was no drinkable water. And of course, no supply of water in the motel and no shops within 10 kms.We payed $300 for 2 nights!A nightmare. This place should be blacklisted by Booking!

Disliked: Motel was closed at 9p.m. when i arrived after ferry crossing to Trois Pistoles at 8 p.m. Owner did not answer three phone calls between 9p.m. and 9.30 p.m. It was said in my confirmation, that motel registration is open until 10 p.m. Owner replied to my phone at 10.48 p. m. , when I 'd booked expensive hotel Comfort Inn. in Rimouski. I contacted with owner through booking.com for full refund and for covering unexpected expenses and emotional stress in dark unknown place. I have photos of the motel with sign "Ferme" and phone below 418-736-4439 at the time when I stayed at the closed doors.

Disliked: Very expensive. I booked 2 nights at this motel but was charged for 3 nights in error. The manager was most unreasonable and refused to refund the amount overcharged. The water pressure from the taps in the self catering unit was very feeble and it took forever to fill a kettle.

Good location, terrible staff

Liked: The room was ok, as described. Only a few hundred meters from Bic National Park
Disliked: The staff was terrible. They clearly did not want to work there. Grumphy and absolutely unfriendly. They made us feel like we were bothering them when we wanted to check in. When afterwards we asked whether we could borrow some cutlery they didn’t want to, so much for hospitality. Only reason to stay at this place is for visiting Bic National Park
