Attention to detail, done perfectly

Liked: From the welcome, to the room itself, this was one of/if not the top place we have stayed by far. The welcome was genuinely warm, we were not only shown to our room but the amenities were explained, nothing was too much trouble & it was not over the top at all. The room was spotlessly clean, immaculately presented, every attention to detail was covered. Even when the room was serviced, it was left exactly as it had been on arrival. We have worked in hospo ourselves and travelled a lot, this is how it should be done, just superb.
Disliked: A Nespresso machine in the Penthouse rooms would be nice. Not a complaint but seemed a waste to leave the lights on during the day following the servicing of the room.

Liked: Everything! Super helpful and friendly staff. Room was excellent size, super clean and comfortable with views of the beachfront. Laundry room, great location!

Liked: The room was great, Much bigger than expected. Very happy with the spa and super views.Car parking was pretty small, but they were very accommodating for my large muscle car.

Wonderful stay

Liked: Welcoming hosts, large comfortable room and great location. Possibly the cleanest accommodation I have stayed in! Loved the free laundry facilities too. Highly recommend.
