UNACCEPTABLE

Liked: I received an email the day before that they were able to accommodate our late arrival as we were traveling from 11 hours away. We also had heavy traffic due to an accident. When arrived NO ONE was in the office it was dark and locked up. No email or phone call to tell us they were closing or that they left the key. It took us til 2am (2 hours after arrival to Quebec) to find another hotel. We were in the dark parking lot calling several motels until we found one that had a room available. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I'm out $120 now after sitting in an empty lot with my kids in the middle of the night. I told them we would be arriving late after an 11 hour drive.
Disliked: The fact I was left on the streets with my kids at 2am and wont get my money back when these people should have told me they couldnt accommodate my late arrival.

Nice, Cozy, and very good...

Liked: everything is perfect.
Disliked: if you could make the heater in the room up to 28 degrees instead of 24 and the customer will change it as he wants it is better than forcing them to accept the 24 degrees as top, we felt little bit cold.
