There are not a lot...

Liked: The room was clean, location right by the water was great, except it was pouring the whole time we were there.
Disliked: Staff at the front desk was very unpleasant. Motel is miles outside of town, not near anything. The motel allows pets, but I would not call it 'pet friendly'

Wonderful views of the St...

Liked: It was right on the water and offered great views from the balcony and steps to the water if you wanted to get close
Disliked: You had to drive for food, no food onsite

Very poor

Disliked: Booked a month in advance. Arrived and they did not seem to know about our reservation. Had seen renovated rooms online we received one of the three no renovated rooms even though they had vacancy. Sadly not as advertised and would not recommend.

Very enjoyable! I would definitely...

Liked: Pretty good view from our balcony, and right on the beach (stairs to walk down were a bit rough). A nice spacious room with the toilet and tub separate from the sink. Chairs and picnic tables at the edge of the property overlooking the water under shady trees.
Disliked: A little far from the actual town.No breakfast as initially indicated.
