Clean - Wed stay again

Liked: Good location Across road from small corner grocery store Close to a great take out placeGood sized grassy area for dog. Great coffee maker! Nice little table to eat at. Left window open all night. Liked that locks had code. Emailed to us but I missed the email so had to phone the employee who was very sweet about it. Wifi good.
Disliked: Room was crowded with two bedsWe were tucked into a corner with door next to us incredibly close. Room was considered a room for 4. There is absolutely no way 4 could fit here. Two were crowded! Lamp between beds did not work. Cord was jammed between wall and bed. Could not move it. Room temp hard to control

Liked: I liked the location, how comfortable the bed was.
Disliked: What I didn't like about this place is that, the comforter and bed sheets were dirty and smelly. I called customer service to talk about it and they sent down the owner, Very rude she swear they were clean even though Im showing her where its at, she had a very nasty attitude towards me that I had to shut up and look down because I was scare since she has muscles. She did change my sheets but because I told her 3 times and after a long 3 minute talk back she finally did changed them. It did that job I slept I was tired and bed were comfortable but the staff and cleaning is not a good thing here. Plus there was hair in the bed and in the bathroom floor. I expected more. I slept and left as soon as I could.

Liked: Easy check in with assigned room and keypad code provided before arrival.Very quiet roomSmall room but adequate for our needs.

Disappointing

Disliked: We were woken up by aggressive knocking on our door at 6 AM, informing us that my card had been declined, demanding payment immediately. While I understand the concern, this is no way to handle the situation. The manner in which this was done was extremely uncivilized, rude and unprofessional. When I went to the front desk, I discovered they didn’t even have a terminal to process payments. I’ve stayed here before without any issues, but this experience was truly disappointing.

Filthy and Run-Down room

Liked: Spacious room - location
Disliked: Dirty bathroom, smelly sofas, stained bed sheet, dated decor, broken fridge, and more. To make matters worse, there was no one on-site to address these issues; communication was limited to email. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
