Disliked: We needed better pillows, we only had 1 shower towel.

Pleasant

Liked: Great on/off freeway access, good parking, pleasant staff, easy to make reservation, NO animal smell at all, (mentioned because they take pets), very clean.
Disliked: The bed! Only full-size and extremely uncomfortable. Old spring-coil mattress. If not for that would give it a higher rating. Also have to walk to ofc for a cup of coffee.

It was a miserable experience...

Liked: I booked this room through a 3rd party booking agent and my flight got changed so I arrived early but my original reservation was for 2:00 AM so when I hit the hotel at 2 AM, I was told by the staff, quite rudely, that check-in was not until 6 AM Well I was never told that so I spent 6 hours in the airport waiting for it to be 2 o’clock in the morning to arrive at the hotel just to say that I couldn’t check in until 6 a.m. so consequently having been up for over 24 hours, I checked in at 2 AM and was charged another night , disrespectful, because when I called from the airport, they said no your reservations at 2 AM so you can’t check in until 2 AM only to arrive at the hotel to say check-in wasn’t available until 6 AM So I had to pay for another night. I should’ve been told that when I called the hotel directly at 7 PM the previous evening from the airport to see if I could check in early. If I was going to be charged another night, which I was, they should’ve let me check in at 7 PM not at 2 AM for 4 hours and get charged the full price
