Liked: Receptionist was awesome, but from what we could tell she was the only one on duty. There was an issue with our reservation on the booking.com end & she along with the manager had been working on it since before we got there & did finally manage to get it fixed.
Disliked: The room was filthy, dirt under the bed, empty toilet paper roll in the bathroom & no extra toilet paper in the room. The light above the toilet was burnt out. No remote for the TV. We were able to get these resolved (with the exception of clean room) within a few minutes. Site said there was a fidge & microwave & we had neither.
