Liked: 1st room tv and phone didnt work i moved to new rm and phone didnt work no biggy but a drug straw in the waste basket in my room and a drug needle in my cloths from the dryer in the laundry facilaty.. and no coffee in the rooms..

Liked: The room was spotless. The bed and pillows very comfortable. The floor is wood & clean. The hallway carpet looked new or freshly cleaned . The bathroom floor and tub etc were immaculate.
Disliked: The upstairs room and hallway are excellent but the reception area and desk area look shabby . Also, no smoking inside so staff and visitors hung outside under the reception canopy ( it was raining) to smoke.. which you walk thru. Also, no adequate area for dogs to walk . The dog bathroom patch of grass was so stinky, my Aussie dog wouldn’t even walk on it.

Liked: The gentleman who checked me in was amazing. The lobby was very clean. The bathroom was large and had a lot of features for people who are disabled.
Disliked: When I rent a disability access room, I expect it to be disability friendly. The door was, except the safety latch was at a regular height for someone who isn't disabled. The bed was so high that I had a very difficult time getting into it. There was no place to plug in my medical equipment. Fortunately I travel with a 6 foot long power surge protector so I was able to use the plug on the wall opposite of the bed. I have stayed away from Motel 6 for the last 5 years after being a very long time customer. I remember now why I stayed away. Between this stay and the following night in Yreka; Motel 6 still hasn't figured it out. Very disappointing.
