Liked: The rooms have been updated. For a Motel 6 it had everything we needed.
Disliked: Nothing

Met all our needs. Slept...

Liked: They really improved the rooms. 2 usb ports by the bed. Extra plug ins for gadgets. Bed is comfortable. Very clean
Disliked: Coffee was like sludge couldn’t drink it even diluted

Exactly what I was looking...

Liked: The room was very basic, no frills. But the bed was comfortable, everything was immaculate, towels were clean, there were no annoying lights shining in our room, the area was quiet and felt safe. The room had no smell at all (no bad smells, no perfumes, just clean and neutral). There was no sign of any bugs. The air conditioner worked the first time, and was quiet, and had no mildew. Really, if you're tired and just need a place to sleep in peace, this place is perfect.

Liked: I liked the fact that over all my years of staying at Motel 6 that this is the first time I have ever stayed on the bottom floor. The place was nice and tidy and I always love Motel 6's beds and pillows. I have some future trips coming up so I'm sure I'll be at another Motel 6 soon. Also, thanks for leaving the light on for me.
Disliked: N/A

Not great .

Disliked: Got to the location and there was no power . We got out room and it was hot . Everything around was closed due to no power . We decided to go to another town . The receptionist was then rude when we requested our room be canceled. We where in the room no more that 5 minutes.

The motel is nice and...

Liked: Its a very nice Motel, right off the freeway, recently renovated. I am an inspector, a lot of the properties I do inspections on are motels, I have inspected over 60 Motel 6s, I was not here for an inspection, I was on the road working. As someone who looks at motels a lot for work, this one was very impressive. Everything is updated, the rooms are very large and clean. The whole property is clean. If you are on the road passing through Willows this is a good place to stay.
Disliked: The front desk employee was extremely rude, I almost left because of how rude she was. She was very rude when I checked in, I thought maybe she had a rough day, she got worse, I tried to be nice to her and she acted like I was not welcome. Then I had a problem with my TV, she said this has never happened, she came down to the room with a bunch of remotes, I knew how to fix it, she flipped out. The remote in the room wouldn't fix it, I wasn't rude to her, when she got the right place I said thats it and she got even more angry. Then repeated this has never happened, it was a simple issue, she slammed the door to my room. I tried to be nice to her from the start when I checked in, and even was so nice with TV issue, she is just rude. I stay in over 150 motels and hotels a year and normally people are nice. She made me feel so uncomfortable asking for help.I would have never asked for help with the TV if I knew she was going to get so angry.
