Very good

Liked: Location was great,perfect distance from restaurants and breakfast as well as the Grand Canyon. Bed was comfy and free coffee was nice too. Would definitely stay here again. Super close to Bearizona which was the main reason to travel aside from the Grand Canyon where we got engaged this past weekend!!! Yay!!!
Disliked: Water pressure and shower in general was a little sad but it did the job. Wish the tv was a smart tv so we could hook up our Netflix but that’s just looking for ways to improve the place. Still we highly enjoyed our stay!

Liked: Location. Very clean.
Disliked: The staff member whom checked me in was not friendly at all. Very sharp with his answers. He would give me the chance to explain or to ask him a full question. He looked like he didn’t want to be there. He checked someone else in before me and after me and I noticed the same behaviour. He’s not a very welcome person and made everyone feel like we interrupt his own personal time. The guests were not even outside the door when he switched off the lights of the reception. I think we were an inconvenience to him. He didn’t even bother to switch on the heating on my room knowing that outside it was already -3 degrees celsius . My room was a walk in fridge. Only soap bar available. No shampoo.

Liked: Absolutely nothing’s cause i didnt have chance to try it…
Disliked: I emailed them the day i make reservation that i will not arrive until midnight or 1 am. Got no answer from them. Also tried to call reception 3 time had no answer. At the end we arrive at property of course reception was locked in the end we sleep outside in our car …

Good value for the money...

Liked: Good value for the money. Room was clean, fairly modern, and quiet. Great location. Wifi worked well. Good TV.
Disliked: Parking area was a bit congested. There were some items that should be added to the room: a chair of some kind, a hairdryer, and a towel rack or two for the sink area.

Liked: I like two large bed, renovation and clean room, like new facilities, good parking, easy to find location. One man in reception was very kind when we met him once early in the morning.
Disliked: It will be better if there is an electric kettle in room. I had to get hot water from a coffee machine with very inconvenience way from the reception. :)
