Liked: They try to do their best. Motel renovations aren't cheap. It's comfortable and it's in a better location than lots of other motels.

Disliked: I had a silverfish on my bed one night and a beetle the next night. As I checked out and informed the staff, they said the rooms were sprayed once a week. If so, the bed would not have had the silverfish, although I understand the beetle.
