Disliked: The random and unprofessional visit I received on my 6th night there. A worker I have never seen before along with the head of house keeping and a house keeper. They knocked on the door & say they need to check the bed that there was something wrong with the bed. There was not then when the women left she said "r u smoking in here" i don't smoke, but it was a smoking room. I said maybe it's the candle I had to buy because of the smoke smell!! And then I go to extend my stay after I already paid for the room too & the morning workers say that they can't due to the nuisance that occured outside of my room & that some sheets were dirty. I am offended and humiliated!! I have been nothing but nice and considerate throughout my stay I didn't receive house keeping for 2 days straight and I never declined it. I had no clean towels or toilet paper when I got back from work one night. I also had to pay the $50 deposit 2 times! Just for walking into the front office at 11:30 to extend my stay!! This is either racism or discrimination against my AARP discount since I've noticed this only occuring after I've used this discounted rate!! Something needs to be done. I can't be the only person that they do this too!! Not right at all!!
