Liked: The weather was influential in our check in time. Our Dr. appointment was early and with one call we were checking into our room hours early. There appeared to be no early check in fee.I have a hard time getting comfortable in any bed but my own, but found the mattress very comfortable and slept with no problem. We made special request for extra face clothes and towels when we reserved and they were in the bathroom. The room warmed very quickly and the temperature stayed consistent through the night. There was a remote for the timing and temperature which was used to set the temperature but then was no longer needed until morning. The mini fridge was of consistent temperature before use and food and insulin stayed fresh. John came down and reset the TV as it was not able to turn on.There were two problems that were easily solved, the key cards were inconsistent, but never when everyone was out of the room only when two people were out and one was in the bathroom... Lol,so when the three of us needed access to the room the key cards worked and we found this hilarious. The other thing was the water pressure in the sink was extreme and sprayed water from the counter all over the floor. This required the used towels to be spread on the floor like rugs to contain the water. Turning the faucet on slowly after the first few times solved the problem but forgot to mention this to staff before checking out.The morning we checked out the room services cleaning ladies were singing, l doubt she even realizes she does this but it made my whole day to see how happy she was with the work she does. My momma always told me ninety nine percent of your job is the people you work for and the people you work with. It is unusual in the times we are living in for a worker to seem so content. I hope corporate appreciates the people that does such great work with such great attitude.
