I reserved two nights and...

Liked: I did like the cleanliness of the room and also the rates
Disliked: The staff , the way I was treated, they kept my money. There were other reasons I didn’t like it as well

Mediocre at best

Disliked: Heat wasn’t turned on when I checked in. It was 30 degrees out. Room had concrete floors. It took about 24 hours for the room to warm up.
