Liked: We arrived very late so we had to wait a while for the clerk to let us in and it was a very cold night. This was not the fault of the facility. I have used Motel 6 for decades and it is still a good deal for the money.
Disliked: I had a hard time booking this facility. After many telephone calls I spoke with someone who told me there was only one room available for about $120, because there was a wedding. I booked that room and later found out that was not true by contacting the Motel 6 headquarters and got the right fee. I did not bother to change the fee for our second night stay because it is still reasonable. However, the booking system was very difficult and then trying to get in touch to confirm the reservation was also difficult. But I am still a loyal Motel 6 customer.

Disliked: First thing in the morning the housekeeper tried to come in before it was even 10am

It was better than sleeping...

Liked: It was across from a bar that was loud from inside my room and when I couldnt sleep I had somewhere warm to go to drink.
Disliked: Got there. Room was FREEZING. never did heat up. The TV didn't work. The said they'd come fix it but never came back. We eventually went down and got remote batteries. But it was a TV issue so I used my laptop. The bar across the street blasted music. There is no place else open past 10 for miles and miles. The bed was hard and had just the one thin comforter. I went to the office and was basically given the 3rd degree to get an extra blanket and had to promise to bring it down to the office at checkout . I'm 5'4 and had to duck under the showerhead. The shower floor was a dark stained color and the water was very low pressure out of the broken showerhead. As we packed in the morning a roach ran across the comments card. I hope the bug corpse I left on the "How was your stay" section got the message across. Cheers

Liked: Heat broken aas well as water handle and could only access cold water. It was so cold that we had to layer multiple clothes and did not stay the second night. Staff at the front desk argued with us about our water handle being broken and the heater, another guest behind me stated they had the same issue. I was told they would refund the second night, Motel 6 never replied to my message through booking.com and booking.com was absolutely no help.
Disliked: No heat or hot water

Will not stay here again.

Disliked: Staff was rude. Beds were hard as rock. Bathroom fan was squealing every time light was on. Heater was almost too loud to sleep.

Liked: Room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Perfect for our quick unexpected stay.
Disliked: Beds were pretty hard, door wouldn't work but they did fix it right away. Tub drained slowly.
