Good price for a decent...

Liked: Did not have breakfast. Coffee was lukewarm at 9am
Disliked: Room was across from janitorial/laundry room. I’m an early riser so not a big deal but for a late sleeper, it would have been an issue. Laundry started early and washer and dryer were loud.

Disliked: My sheets were disgusting. I have pictures. There was no shampoo or conditioner (odd). There a comdom wrapper on the back of my toilet. I paid for 2 nights and ended up only staying 1. Wound up paying for another room elsewhere

Disliked: The staff member upon check in. Saeed, was his name. Originally booked 1 room for my family and I was to stay with my sister. I was helping to get their stuff unloaded from truck. This man kept following us and making sure I wasn’t staying. He kept putting his hands on me, touching me. Creeped me out especially when he dashed to the elevator and did it again. I told him not to touch me. My son in law told him to get away from us all. I went up to their room and couldn’t get my sister on phone to come for me so I ended up renting the room next door to stay a few hours in. I booked for 2 nights, we checked out as soon as we got around after the first night. Told the new desk clerk what happened and that I wanted a refund for Saturday night because they were not staying. My 14 year old granddaughter was with us and was creeped out over it and very uncomfortable being there. She ended up staying in the second room with me instead of the room I rented for them because she was scared he would come back to my room. I was told that I had to call Booking.com for refund since I checked out a day early. My weekend was not fun having to tell my family about this incident. We should have called the police.

Liked: Room was clean and all accessories functional. I love it that my pet can stay with me at no additional charge. All around pleasant experience.
Disliked: I always get stuck on the second or third floor.
